Aleksy has been competing in UKWA freewave events since the age of 11. At 13 he is now British Junior Wavesailing Champion and is lucky enough to have a sponsorship deal with Zero Gravity using Goya boards and sails.

Over the years Aleksy has had help and support from many people. We would like to thank Dan Linton from Ultrasport for originally discovering him and advising us ever since. Jamie Knox, Rob Jones and Jeremy in Ireland, where Aleksy has learnt most of his front side wavesailing. Adam Cropper and his Turf Dog land board, which has really helped Aleksy with his freestyle. Graham and Jamie at our local shop Wet N Dry Boardsports, who have always supported us, and all the local sailors at Canvey, especially Nathan and Mark.

Since Aleksy first started sailing his hero was always Francisco Goya. Thanks to Rick, from Zero Gravity, he is now able to use his hero's kit, and we very much hope he proves his worth within the company.
